After a historic election on October 5, Justin Sun, the father of Tron, was named Prime Minister of the tiny country called Liberland. This one-of-a-kind area is located between Croatia and Serbia. It was created on April 13, 2015, by Vít Jedlička, a Czech independent leader.
Along with Sun, other well-known people were chosen to Liberland’s Congress. These people include businessman Evan Luthra, writer Jillian Godsi, former Croatian politician Ivan Pernar, and IT worker Dorian Stern Vukotić. The election was run entirely by blockchain technology, which was meant to make the vote process clear and trustworthy.
Libertylander officials talked a lot about how innovative their voting system is, saying that it uses a simple mathematical structure that makes the results clear. They said they hoped that their way would be used as an example by other countries that still use old-fashioned voting systems.
